Reservation Agreement:
Disclaimer: Rate includes all fees and is an estimate only. Additional charges for stops, wait time, parking, tolls, airport fees, airport meet & greets and taxes may be applicable and determined upon the completion of the trip.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
- All Cancellations for Sedans/SUV’s must received 6/hrs. prior.
- Cancellations for All other vehicles: Limousine/Sprinter/Bus/Van must received 6/hrs. prior or full charge.
- Cancellations for Out of Town: Within the U.S. must be received 24/hrs. Cancellations for International must received 72/hrs prior or Full Charge.

Atlanta Ace Limousine Service accepts Visa, Mastercard / American Express / Diners Club / Discover card.
Valuable Information For Debit Card Users:
When using a debit card, please be aware that your financial institution may place a hold on your account that may exceed the purchase amount. Atlanta Ace Limousine is not responsible for placing or removing debit holds. Please contact your financial institution if you would like more information.
DEPOSIT POLICY – A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required on reservations for special events, weddings, proms, and nights on the town. A credit authorization form is required when reservations are accepted.
Wait Time Policies:
- Sedan – 15 minutes grace period for all pick-ups. Wait time charge will be applied after grace period at a rate of $1.89 per minute up to 30 minutes. 2 hours minimum charge applies if wait time is over 30 minutes.
- SUV – 15 minutes grace period for all pick-ups Wait time charge will be applied after grace period at a rate of $1.95 per minute up to 30 minutes. 2 hours minimum charge applies if wait time is over 30 minutes.
- Stretch Limo – 10 minutes grace period for all pick-ups Wait time charge will be applied after grace period at a rate of $2.25 per minute up to 30 minutes. 2 hours minimum charge applies if wait time is over 30 minutes
